I put together Midnight Noir keeping in mind that strong, bold taste but also with a rich flavor a dark roast lover is looking for. I can appreciate my dark roast coffee drinkers and it makes me sad to see these popular coffee places (whose name we wont mention) just burn their beans and call it gourmet. This is the reason I take special care with my dark roast to make sure I hold the beans over the fire just a little extra but don't lose the intended flavor. This is a coffee blend with a heavy body and flavor notes that include Dark Chocolate, Caramel, Blackberry, Orange, Sweet Tobacco, Cedar, Raisin. Custom French roasted blend (Dark Roast)
